Life Gate Fellowship provides a prayer ministry team for the emotionally wounded in areas such as: depression, general anxiety, anger issues, phobias, panic attacks, sexual and physical abuse, dissociation identity disorder (DID), eating disorders and other disorders or addictions.
The prayer ministry facilitators offer prayer, NOT the traditional counseling, giving advice, diagnosing, providing insight, giving direction, suggesting steps of action, but rather interceding to God.
There are many ways God can express Himself to a person. The prayer ministry at Life Gate Fellowship seeks to help the person discover the root sources of the emotional pain in their life with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. By allowing God to use us to pray, He releases wounded individuals in incredible ways.
We, as prayer facilitators, we will be faithful to wisely use this ministry tool with those whom God places in our path. We work in pairs with the individuals. This gives each one personal time in which they gain the benefit of the power of prayer.
Our prayer is that God will use Inner Heart Ministry mightily as we seek to fulfill the ministry of Christ to set the captives free!
